Best thing: The property looks very cosey from the outside, but after living in it you can tell there is no regard for its condition. We have had significant moisture in the flat, largely due to windows not actually being sealed/fitted (breaching healthy homes) and an old chimney that was covered over with GIB board so water would enter the chimney and run down onto the GIB board. FYI for potential renters, the owner intends on building a development at the back of the property so the garden area may not be as advertised.

Suggested improvements: Significant improvements to the internal conditions (windows and walls)
