Best thing: The recent two years we lived in this property was an absolute mess, causing lots of unnecessary stress and difficulty retaining our deposit/bond due to high levels of unprofessionalism. I can highly advise to steer clear.
Suggested improvements: Landlord upkeep in all aspects. Making use of a rental agency that doesn't employ unprofessional staff.
